In Roma we employ 4 fulltime staff, as well as 6 parttime and 3 casual staff.
All of our staff have their relevant childcare degrees, or are studying.
Additionally, Marjory is a fully trained nurse with over 30 years experience. Marjory is also an Executive Member of the Queensland Professional Childcare Centres Association, the peak body for childcare in Queensland.
Staff turnover is minimal, our whole team is very dedicated to their profession and have been with us for many years.
